Sarah two years old birthday

This few months since Jan, Feb and March, we have been celebrating a none stop birthday celebration with the latest Sarah's birthday. Ivan, Reanne and Sarah are consider an expert already for singing the birthday song. Yup, she is two years old already. Happy birthday!!!

This year we plans to bring the kids out more to new places to feed their 'thirst' for new experience and exposure. Their mind is now fill with curiosity. Mainly also is to inculcate the desire to explore, getting them out from the four walls.

Following after our trip to Berjaya Bukit Tinggi Hills Resort during CNY, our recent visit was to KL Planetarium which located at Tasik Perdana.

We have an interesting day there. Both the kids enjoy the trip especially the Planetarium show about the space exploration history shown in the special dome hall. And their learn a new word - Astronaut.

Berjaya Bukit Tinggi Hills Resort

During our Chinese New Year break, we went up to Berjaya Hills Resort at Bukit Tinggi which is just after Genting Highland or on the way to Bentong.

First we stop by Colmar Tropicale - French-themed resort and then to the Japanese Village.

CNY with Ah Kong and Ah Mah

Apply online for Year One Student

Parents in Selangor who want to register their children for Year One must do so online from this year. They have to register their children between March 1 and April 30 and log onto apps.emoe.gov.my/esppsel/pptahun1/ to do so.

A Selangor Education Department official said applications for Year One entry could be done from any computer with Internet access. Parents who do not have Internet access can go to the school they want to enrol their children in and ask the teachers there to help them key in the information. This is the first time the department was registering Year One pupils online.

The online system will enable the registration process to be more efficient. Previously parents had to queue at the school they wanted to register their children in. Once the children were registered, he said the district education office could place them in schools. This could be checked online too by both parents and schools. This would reduce costs incurred for paper, envelopes and stamps. Parents will also be able to appeal online.

29th KL International Book Fair 2010

THE Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair is back and this time, the event is even bigger in terms of the number of booths and space occupied.

The event, themed “Books: Building the World of Tomorrow”, is on from 19th March till 28th March at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). There are plenty of good bargains on all kinds of books and educational tools both from local and foreign publishers.

Occupying five halls, the book fair features 856 booths, out of which 128 are taken up by foreign publishers

• Mondays-Thursdays (10.00am - 8.00pm)
• Fridays-Sundays (10.00am - 9.00pm)

4 and 2

Last Jan and Feb mark two important milestone.

Ivan turned 4 years old and Reanne turned 2 years old. All by God's grace.
